About Us

Cerulean (Sir-RULE-ian): resembling the blue of the sky, as defined by Webster's.

Cerulean Farm is named in honor of our horse-of-a-lifetime, World Champion, 2X Hornby Premium Mare, Roma Blue Hawk, RID.  Our homebred RID stallion, Cerulean NightLife, bears our farm's name, Cerulean aka "Rue."

Cerulean Farm serves as an Ambassador Farm for several foundation breeds of the world. We host meet-n-greet, educational and hands-on Farm Tours, Clinics and Seminars. Please plan to visit! Want to stay a while? Our Bed and Breakfast will whisk your cares away as you are surrounded by our spectacular all-season wrap around porch with scenic farm views. We are located on the world-famous Kentucky Bourbon Trail nestled among spectacular Thoroughbred breeding farms. And we've recently been named "Top 20 Best Vacation Destinations" by Southern Living Magazine!

*Cerulean Farm is owned and operated by Jeanette L. Aumon,  CVOR, BSN, RN, BSBA.

Tradition at it's best. Cerulean Farm's mission is to protect, preserve and promote the type and character of Foundation Horses of the World. We are passionate about the qualities that make these horses unique and highly adapted to their work. Special focus is placed upon beautiful exceptional athletes that produce better than themselves, have value-added bloodlines and are great representatives for the traditional breed type. Easy, personable temperaments are paramount.
